Shipping:
I ship using the Canadian provider Chitchats. All shipments include tracking and will be shipped out within 5 business days. Customers outside Canada, United States & Mexico are responsible for import fees. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any lost packages, but each item will have shipment insurance.
Silver care:
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish as it is exposed to air and sunlight. To clean your piece and keep it bright I reccomend a silver polishing cloth. If you don't have one, keep your piece clean by gently scrubing with a toothbrush and soap and water. For heavier tarnish use the baking soda & foil method. If a piece you purchased already has a blackend patina, there is nothing you need to do, but you can clean your piece with soap and water.
